All cloud software, services, and products sold by Cloudair are non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Google Workspace Subscriptions

Users who purchase Google Workspace through Cloudair are required to renew their subscriptions yearly to maintain uninterrupted access to their services.

What Happens If Auto-Renewal Fails?

If an auto-renewal payment fails due to an expired card or any other issue:

• A seven-day grace period will apply, allowing users time to update their payment information.

• During this period, users must update their credit card or payment details.

• Once updated, the yearly subscription fee will be charged automatically, and a new billing cycle will commence.

If a Subscription is Canceled

• Users will retain access to Google Workspace Individual features until the end of the current billing cycle.

• After the subscription expires, all Google Workspace Individual features will be deactivated, and access will be revoked.
