Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if work has not commenced. To initiate a cancellation request, please follow these steps:

Email us: Send an email with your Order details to customer-success@cloudfair.in.

Confirmation: Our Customer Service Executives will contact you to confirm your cancellation request.

Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process it, and your order will be canceled within 1-2 business days.
Please note that once work has commenced, cancellations will no longer be possible.
